99. Real Ale

1 Coopers Real Ale can
250g Vienna
150g Medium Crystal
1kg LDME
15g Nelson Sauvin (12.5%AA) @ 10
15g Nelson Sauvin (12.5%AA) @ 5

kit yeast

The grain steep was done in the low 60°C region in the hopes that the vienna might self-convert a bit.  Pitched warm, refrigerated down to 22°C, then removed from fridge.
